  15. I have a fairly new pentium, and i've done EVERYTHING mentioned in all
  16. the reputable FAQ's.  I still gets lots of overruns (in Netscape; but
  17. not when downloading newsgroup headers).

  19. Sometimes you simply just can't get rid of them under windows.
